Touhou-A-Live: Ran 3: Wandering, Huh?
duzina: 14:33
Take it away, Kid. I stealthily reloaded to switch things for the fifth fight because I didn't realize that the Carving Knife only did 999 damage when it was in the hands of Jessie. Madotsuki in disguise, obviously. Keeping Yume Nikki canon is crucial. Regardless of that advantage, I was so bumbling with that fifth fight. I mean, literally, Fox is stumbling around drunk for part of it. The sixth fight was better (pretty sure I could've made another Molotov, though), but I still sped it up because of time constraints. (YouTube will NEVER be long enough. EVER.) Rei's name was originally Reijii, but you might as well flat-out call her Rage at that point. It's a terrible name, too, especially for a girl. (And no I was not willing to use Reggie because that's also a terrible girl's name.) Besides, Rei is awfully fitting for her... ...Oh, forget it, I won't make you look that up. "Rei" means "ghost." "Ta protect the town from devastation!" "Ta make the manifest of our nation!" "Ta denounce the evils of Rei Jenova!" "Ta shine as bright as a super... nova!" "Jessie!" "James!" "Team Outlaw, hoofing it at the speed of light!" "Reach for the sky, or prepare ta fight!" "Fox... that's right." You're only able to run from the James fight if you've heard his whole story. Arbitrary? Pretty much. I guess the idea is that the last part makes Ran realize James does have something to live for, but, uh... If you do kill James (which Koki did in his videos since he skipped the story), since the last scene doesn't happen, Ran just stops running, waits around, and walks off-screen. Weird. Anyway, here's what James says when you kill him: "Heh heh... Just wanted to finally make my piece of junk life useful for somebody in the end... Even if... I hadta force it to... Y'know... I was sorta... charmed by ya... ...if ya... know... what I mean... Heh... heh..." And that's all the regular chapters. Fantasy Chapter is MASSIVE, just so you know. It's broken up into four chapters, and there's a branching path that leads to two completely different Chapter 3's. I wouldn't expect to see my videos of it for quite a while. But man, I've been working on the script ever since Koki posted the first draft of it, and trust me, it's going to be good. I've updated the soundtrack with the new songs and uploaded the beta. You too can traumatize ghouls with horse dung! Song name notes: "Wandering Wonderland" is named after... well, a translation of "Gensokyo" as "wonderland." "Gensokyo" happens to be almost-present in the name The "Fantastic" Legend of Tohno. And "wander" and "wonder" are pretty much interchangable in Japanese. Something tells me "Mend-En-Utopia" isn't real Spanish. Well, what do you expect. Anyway, "utopia" comes from an alternate translation of "Paradise" ~ Deep Mountain.
